  • Sleep for 6 hours or less.
  • Jump from one workout program to another.
  • Stay in  your comfort zone at all times.
  • Lift weights exclusively.
  • Check your email, text and Facebook first thing in the morning
  • Don't eat vegetables.
  • Let other people determine your values.
  • Skip your workout.
  • Consume as much information as you can.
  • Stress the F out.
  • Don't measure or track any of your progress
  • Part a few times per week.
  • Hang out with toxic people.
  • Don't read.
  • Rely solely on supplements.
  • Multi-Task.
  • Work a job that's uninspiring.
  • Try to do everything on your own.
