Congrats to Dennis!



I was super excited to receive this email over the weekend. Dennis started his journey at roughly 280 lbs, and lost the first 30 lbs on his own before starting a training and nutrition coaching plan with Game Time Strength.

Dennis has truly embraced the training and nutrition as a lifestyle and has seen some awesome results.  220 lb weight class for March. 198 possibly by June/July? We'll see!!!

"Hey Jay, Assuming the picture came through? That was me standing on my digital scale, 223.6 lbs, but we'll call it 224. I'm also down another inch on my waist so after 10 weeks I'm down 25 pounds and 5 inches. And that's with me basically going into a less than optimal maintenance mode for weeks 7 - 9 so the real results all came from seven weeks of following the plan.
