Day 4 of the GTS Tabata-A-Day Challenge

It's Monday, time to get a jump start on the week. Here's a tough one that will get your arms, lats and abs burning! In today's video my F-Word and I performing some High Band Pull downs using some Resistance bands.

Don't forget to email your results or post in the comments section!

Another Full Length Example Tabata Workout:

Note: Anna is using a Light Band (normally purple in color), and I'm combining a Light band and a Mini Band.
