Advanced Pull Up Progressions



To piggy back off of yesterday's beginner pull up post... Here are a few options for the more advanced athletes out there looking for more challenging pull up variations.



- Regular Pull Up
- Alternating Side to Side Pull Up
- Alternating Explosive Reach Pull Up
- Explosive Plyo Hand Clap Pull Up
- Weighted Pull Up (NOTE: I'm using a chained belt here, but you can also hold a DB between feet, or fill a back pack up with some weight)
