Furious 40 Challenge

Here's a fun little metabolic finisher/challenge to add to the end of your workout.

"Furious 40" courtesy of
- 40 Bench Step Ups (1 rep = both feet touch top of the bench)
- 40 Bench Lateral Steps
- 40 Plank Jumps

Perform all 3 exercises in the shortest amount of time possible. Be sure to record your performance and try to beat your time next workout.
